Don't go into a bar unless you have a good reason to. Getting a coffee is not a good enough of a reason. I have found this type of behavior, for me, to be a recipe for disaster.
You are probably right, although it is more a coffee place than a bar, just happened to sell beer at 9am.
I'll take your advice though and drink coffees in places that just sell coffee in future. Thank you.
