I was where you are now a week ago today.
I cannot put into words how different I feel today.
Its hard work but if you keep reading and posting on here, get through detox (with medical help if necessary) you could be where I am in a weeks time.
So very glad you have reached out here - there are loads of people having just started out like you and me so you are not alone.
