). If you were doing it in hopes of influencing his sobriety, that would be a problem. If you were withholding it in hopes of influencing his sobriety, that would be a problem. If you didn't want to, but went ahead anyway out of guilt or fear or whatever, that would be a problem.
In this case, it just seems like two adults, who are married to each other, being physically intimate. That doesn't have to be connected to his drinking or not drinking at all, does it?
