I think we all do.
Then the focus begins to change
and we get more into
our own circle ...
and they still come from time to time
but they're not 'charged' with all that emotion
and attachment.
I used to say
'well, in a way I always know where he is'....
only now
there's no pain with it.
Because his being there
no longer diminishes ... me.
