I keep reading posts like this and all I can say is how much worse this would feel if we were drinking. So many of us are feeling like dreck these days. Must be that time of year. The more I read about others going through the same, the not so alone I somehow feel and that is comforting. Also the knowledge that this too will pass.
I feel ya. I am in the same boat. We'll get through.
