Tryin, ah yes, not eating before and after the dose.... I would go for weeks eating only a bowl of cereal for a whole day, popping pills every few hours.
Now I have to remind myself to eat when I am hungry since I have forgotten what it feels like to be hungry!
Are you tapering now? Do you have medical help?
