Like 3leg, I find this site to be a great supplement to my f2f meetings and recovery group. Eight days is so great. I am a recovering alkie/pothead, but I also have some experience with coke. It is not easy to get sober, but it is simple: simply don't pick up!!! (Actually, of course, there is more to it than that, but none of the other stuff will work if I continue to use.)
