Just go no contact and go to a meeting and stay busy and do what is fun for you.....you didn't know him this time last year-correct? What would you do this time last year for fun? Who were your real friends? It helps me to go in nature. I live near the Blue Ridge Mts. and a day up there will clear your head. Get some good movies or a good book. Keep sharing here.
