Least, as much as I hate a no-show, perhaps the gift in all this is that you get to see her true colours right now...unreliable, no manners, and inconsiderate of the trouble others go to for her.
Indeed, this is a gift to be able to see that BEFORE she moved in and drove you crazy.
What about asking through a church? They may have a nicer selection of people who need a place.
