Well here i am, DAY 56. and yes I was able to start the next day. My sobriety date is July 8th 2010. I joined this site on July 7th 2010 and was in such a place of 'fear' LOL that I went and got blackout drunk. But when i woke but, THANK GOD!, I knew i was DONE! Done for ever. Drinking was no longer 'working' for me. I'm a proud member of AA, I have a great sponsor who keeps me 'REAL' and grounded. I love my life and what sobriety has to offer. Always looking forward to the next 24.
