I like this one. A while back, when I joined Al Anon, I heard a lot about my needs should be met, and my needs and more my needs.
Then somewhere, not sure where or from whom I got this, or if I read it, but I learned "No one is put on the planet to fulfill our needs, it's no one's job, it wasn't my ex's job to address my needs. It was my job to fill my needs"
I was always told "Find someone who can fulfill your needs" And I believe it and kept looking, it was a bottomless dream
