I read about the HALT tool years ago when I read the addictionary (Still have it somewhere, must find it back) I use it to recognise when I feel weak and what is the trigger. I must say though that I don't feel just weak with anger but also with a lot of positive emotions.

And yes at this moment in time I visit this site a lot and read the other posts and they help me immensely.
