If you are having problems because of alcohol, why not give it up completely for a month and see how that goes. If it's hard to stop drinking you might need some type of recovery program to help you. I've been sober now for four months and feel better than ever. I still have problems in my life but am now able to deal with them sober, instead of drinking over them and making everything worse.
