I strongly suggest you get a free supervised de tox
from a Salvation Army faciltiy. Be safe please.
I did not go to a rehab....instead sraight into AA.
I know many people who used the free Salvation Army
rehabs ......my adult children did....several times.
Why do you think you need a rehab?
A de tox yes....I can see that but.....???
