Thanks. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, I am sincere in not knowing where to start NOW I am....its like a gun without ammuntion, if you dont know where to buy any, it does you no good.. NOW I can at least begin.....not to sound too ignorant, but did you do a search engine for Al Anon? Thats how I found this group.....I know I have to look inside myself, not sure if I "want to" but I know in order to heal, I have to begin there, hopefully will have someone with me to help me through that step.
