Day One
Today is day one. I got sober almost ten years ago, and then picked up for the last two years. I can't believe I'm back here--what they say about this being a progressive illness is true, and I hope that I have truly hit bottom and can recover again. I see that this forum offers a lot of support, and I know that I need a lot of help right now, both in AA and in places like this. Thanks to all--and here's to day one.
