thanks- I feel like **** today. not from drinking or anything substance related-. just burned out from my work a bit and a bad cold coming on (like that matters to anyone). Have this major meeting coming up and nothing is coming together. I am not medicating the situation but working my butt off, and well.....thats the end of my rant. think i might just go to bed.
