Anna, you're so right about not being alone on this journey, and that makes all the difference in the world. The spirit, the feeling inside the rooms, is powerful and darn near enough to sustain me. Then you add sponsor, sponsor family, friends, your own spirituality....It's almost overwhelming the beauty that is available to me by simply putting the drugs down and making a decision to try to get better one day at a time.
