allergic. That was a HUGE depression - to learn I couldn't have crab or lobster ever again.
Kinda how I felt when I learned I had a wheat and gluten allergy.......I was soooooooooo bummed.

Anyway..........bowling night so heating up some bell peppers I stuffed with a hamburger creation and rice........maybe I will cut up some leftover steak.............maybe some cheese.......easy stuff.
I am proud to say I can almost recreate an omelet from Perkin's restaurant........I really like them and think I have learned a few tricks.....
