O_o I didn't even have anything to eat today, and I am actually no longer hungry. Thank y'all...

I'm having nothing, sorry. Welcome to the hard times...

Right there with you, VC. Interesting palates, though...

Pork roast, panfried leftover baked potato slices, salad. Dessert, two chocolate chip cookies.

That meatball sub sounded good. Think I'll make that tomorrow.

house mate and I planned a nice pasta dinner, only to be invited to see a movie last minute. So we wolfed down some barely reheated left overs, got to the theatre, and the couple in front of us bought the last 2 tickets=)

Ah well, I am drinking cocoa and ready for bedtime anyway

You all are making me hungry. My favorite snack/meal is Tostitos round chips covered with shredded pepper jack cheese then pepperonis then xtra sharp cheddar cheese and topped off with Mezzitas tamed sliced jalapenos. Best homed made nachos on the planet. Hey, food is part of my recovery. When I was doing my addiction, I didn't care what I ate because I only ate to drink/drug some more. Now I love to cook again. Love to all, John in Oklahoma

I am making Indian stew in the crock pot.

It consists of lamb, butternut squash, turnips, carrots, lentils and stewed tomatoes. And a lot of curry, corriander, tumeric and cumin.

Served with garlic naan. (store bought)

It sounds weird, but it is really good and good for you.

Really do not want 2 cook tonight, lazy today.
Something simple..English muffin, sliced tomato (beef steak, large tomato) and swiss cheese grilled with some can soup. Pretty easy and we enjoyed this new recipe that I found in Rachel Ray's cookbook.
The curry sounds great bananagrrl, can U send me the recipe?
Thanks VC 4 the topic, I love 2 cook when I'm in the mood.

TC, I just browned the lamb stew pieces with onion and garlic and through the rest in the crock pot with a carton of chicken stock.
