What the heck is "bleurghh"? I googled it and couldn't find anything "meatlike". I love goose and duck! Have you ever tried the twice cooked duck? One of the recipes is Ina GArtens on the Food Network. Turns out fabulous!

Haven't decided what to do for dinner. Ran out of leftovers.
