just had a lovely dinner with some friends at a restaurant, they all had wine & i sipped water. one other friend wasnt drinking to support me...so that was nice. initially i was a bit bummed. but in the end it was all good! wasnt even tempted. felt relaxed and chatty. kinda stopped anylising everything and just relaxed with my friends.
stoked! this is an achievement for me
bit nervous about the upcoming 4 day music festival tho.....hmmmm
but optimistic i can do it.
