Im definatly not no PC techi ... and I know theres probly some silly lil thing that is stopping it from opening . Ive heard many say they have issues using Internet Explore . I dont but then , many do .. alot of poeple use FireFox .. just another idea..
If you have a anti , Open it up and just look around if you see mite see something in there . another suggestion mite be to delete or uninstall Addonchat .. and if needed re-install it .. it mite not of completely installed. this is now become a im really trying to figure this out for u.. ooh another thing .. has you browser been updated .. I know mircosoft updates cpl times a month and that can thow things off .. just another idea ..
