Wakeup, could you describe the problem you're experiencing?

You can check whether Java is correctly installed in your computer by clicking on this link: Verify Java Version

If Java is installed correctly, make sure that www.soberrecovery.com is listed as a safe site in your browser security settings.

ETA: Thanks Dee Deleting your browser's cookies usually solves most chat log in problems.

I have version 6, update 17. And I put this site on safe settings.
It says download Java and this site uses AddOnChat Software.

Do you have a anti virus thats blockin it ? just a thouht

I've tried everything, and still can't use chat. I don't know how to tell if anti virus program would be blocking it. I deleted all the cookies.
Do you need to click on that "this site uses addonchat software"? I have an account, but I'm not putting a chat room on my site.

Im definatly not no PC techi ... and I know theres probly some silly lil thing that is stopping it from opening . Ive heard many say they have issues using Internet Explore . I dont but then , many do .. alot of poeple use FireFox .. just another idea..
If you have a anti , Open it up and just look around if you see mite see something in there . another suggestion mite be to delete or uninstall Addonchat .. and if needed re-install it .. it mite not of completely installed. this is now become a im really trying to figure this out for u.. ooh another thing .. has you browser been updated .. I know mircosoft updates cpl times a month and that can thow things off .. just another idea ..
