Hey TB- Thanks for posting all of this. I wish I could tell you what to do. As you know our August group has been with you for quite some time now. I guess for me getting the help I needed seemed relatively easy once I made the decision that I needed it. I guess I don't know what you need to do when you feel that you are that far down. So I guess all I can do is give you a big cyber hug! But what I do know is that where there is a will, there is a way! I know you will find it if you look hard enough.
