Welcome llm! I'm sorry for what brings you here, but I'm glad that you have found this place. My addict was my now ex husband, but there are lots of moms on here that are just the best people you have ever met. You are not alone.
As far as what to do, well....breath. That's right just breath. I'm a firm believer in baby steps. Then read. Read as much as you can, maybe find a naranon meeting to attend if you can, but in the mean time, read some more. That's just the start. But like I said, baby steps.
