(((Teach))) I'm so sorry Trevor had to do more research. As far as the kidney situation, the only time I've seen the prison or jails actually do something about a serious health issue is when a) someone high up in politics steps in, or b) the news media gets hold of it and then they are quickly able to do what needs to be done. Contrary to what you may think, most people don't think "let him suffer, he's in prison".
Just something to think about.
