Anyone can feel free to join anytime and leave anytime but I think that if you do the 4 weeks you will get more out of it as it becomes a habit.

I am glad that I judge myself by the person that I strive to be as opposed to the possessions that I have.
When I see others comparing themselves to other people based on what they have and how wealthy they are I do not envy them.
