Hope you got some sleep, Alera. I've been getting about 3 or 4 hours per night. I hate taking sleeping meds but sometimes it seems like the only way I will get to sleep. I take one instead of the recommended 2 and never more than one night at a time. Perhaps a bit overboard, but no way I am risking another drug addiction.
