I feel like I have the answers, I just can't get myself to listen to them. What will it take?
Wow, that's such a hard-hitting line! I felt EXACTLY like that for so long. Turned out that I didn't have all the answers at all (no matter how tantalising it seemed!), and that I had to become open to
other answers. That was what my last "bottom" meant to me - becoming willing to try another way, rather than continuously trying to "get myself to listen" to the "knowledge" I thought I had.
That's my experience anyhow!
