sort of stumbled on to this place last night. have found some of the tools
i need, a key tool is found, is useing other things to help me relax and sleep
alas i was using to much booz to turn off my head and sleep. A Wicca friend of mine gave be some teas to try. Also give it some time, allow the body to heal allow the synapses return to there original state.
