ok, i have a fun little recipe for you guys, and don't knock it til ya try it
i served it for lunch today to my friend and mr k, with pita bread/hummus/sliced cucumber. it was really quite good!
Greek Lemon Soup
Whisk together:
1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1 can campbell's chicken with rice soup, 2 1/4 cups water, and 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Bring soup/lemon mixture to a boil and add 1/2 cup minute rice.
Cover pot for 5 minutes and let stand off for 5 minutes before serving.
I just added a little white pepper, no salt needed for us anyway (the canned soup has enough...)
