Hello, just popping in to tell you how I curb my intake of pills. The pharmacy hands them to me DAILY. I have nothing in my house at all, apart from advil ( non-opiod pain releif),
immodium(for diarrhoea), and motilium (for nausea). I can ask for anything I like at the pharmacy but they won't give it to me unless you can't get addicted to it - Dr's orders.
What I have is for withdrawal symptons ONLY.
