Talk to your doc... totally depends on each person. I detoxed once w/ a doc's help, was put on Tranxene to prevent seizures.. but drank again a few weeks later, detoxed by myself, and was fine within 2 or 3 days. That's just me.. detoxing can be very very very dangerous, make a plan w/ a medical pro.. go from there!
