I have a laundry list of mental health diagnoses, and I'm aware of the fact that nothing I say, or anyone here says will 'fix' what your head is doing when it hurts or gets to be too much. Hang in there, take your meds as prescribed, let your doc know everything you're feeling. Just don't use.. that'll just jumble ya up more, my friend.
