Just try to do it one day at a time.
I know only too well that even that is easier said than done. A lot of us struggle each and every day and to be honest I know I wouldn't succeed at your age.
After my DUI in 1986 ( nobody hurt) I went four months then went right back to binge drinking until this year.
Lots of people falter but each time they string more and more days together until they succeed.
If you want it you can do it one step at a time.
