Thanks for the Welcome ya'll. Gee Dan I wonder why that search didn't work, LOL. I am excited to have found this book. Like Chy said we have to find what works for "YOU" and I think this is it for me. Probably due to the fact that my hubby has success with the smoking. We all know how tough that it quit as well.
