After 17 years of progressive drinking I am trying something new to quit, Well new for me anyway. When I met my husband he told me about a book that he read to quit smoking and it worked. He used to tell everyone about the book....it got really old. Well anyway I discovered that the same author wrote one for drinking. After reading the rave reviews on Amazon and asking around I have decided to get the book and give it a go! Got it yesterday and in the beginning it tells you that you are NOT TO QUIT until you have finished the book. I found that really interesting. Anyway I am keeping a journal in ***** groups about the book and what I've read and how it is or isn't helping. If any of you would like to read it or join in please do. I always welcome help and advice
