I can't believe I got blamed for that!!!!
I'm very good thank you pixx. Very good indeed. My earlier annoyance with myself has past and I feel really good.
Had such a lazy day but I think I needed it. Needed to write some emails and talk to friends.
I've realised why I keep falling its 2 main reasons.
1. I shut off my support network to enable me to drink. I think i've now got that covered to the extent that i can't shut it off.
2. My friends asking me to drink with them all the time. I think i've got that sorted now because I've told a few choice friends a few white lines about my health and they've all been so supportive its almost shocked me
