Louis, be kind to yourself. Everything you're experiencing is completely normal. Your emotions will be all over the place. I was a wreck for about 3 days & then I slowly started to feel semi-normal. Being without our "friend" is so new to us we feel like a fish out of water when we start out. Just keep forging ahead towards your new life. You can do this & we'll help.
