I can skip a meeting and still dive into the program.
Thursday I did not have any work.I sat down and did a inventory for 3 hours,quite a stack of stuff.Did some praying before,during and after.I call this my yearly housecleaning,and my head feels so much quieter and better.It also strengthens my relationship with my HP.
Things like this helps us to be better equipped to help out when we do go to meetings or find a newcomer.
