Since a meeting isn't going to take up all of your day, you could probably get most of what you'd like to do and still do a meeting, right? I'd never suggest someone should go out and walk in unhealthy conditions, but I would suggest picking up the phone and calling someone to ask for a ride. You get a meeting; he or she gets the gift of service. You both win!
