Take it day by day. That's a basic rule for alcoholics... and I suppose those suffering from other addictions. You can do it! I believe you have the spirit and drive to quit.
btw, I can totally relate to the sneaking drinks. I started doing that recently... it made me feel awful, but I just couldn't stop myself!
