You do need to do what you need to do for yourself. I want to add here, that in my experience, when I have compared my life, my marriage, my job, etc. to others around me that "looked" like they were in the same boat as me and then made decisions based on that comparison, it has usually bitten me in the rear. Most every time I thought I knew that the circumstances were
exactly like mine, I learned later that there were key differences and that's why what they did or didn't do, or work or didn't work for them - but the opposite for me. I have learned to not compare anymore. Circumstances, personalities, etc. all make the difference.
