Hang in there. You are not alone. I am on day 7 of sobriety, and for the past 3 1/2 days I have been in a
foul mood. I've been grumpy, irritable, and just plain pissed off. I'm fine during the day when I'm home alone, but once my family is home in the evenings I about lose it. I have ZERO tolerance for just about anything. So I went to a meeting yesterday, and I went to TWO meetings today. I've been told "this too shall pass"... let's hope so.
