Done, No advice but your story made me think of the time my daughter came to our house and had a fist sized tangle of hair on top of her head from not taking care of herself. She managed by untangling it strand by strand to eventually get it out, even though I never thought she would. Good luck and I am sorry that you are having a bad week.
