Hi there I'm 21 days in now - wow!! What helped for me, although I didn't actually realise it was helping was, as people have said, sweet stuff! Mainly hot chocolate and pancakes to be honest. I don't really know why but they seem to work. Also, ice cold flavoured water - lime and lemon is my particular fave.
