I'm glad you are here. Living alone is a tough call. There is no one there to help you through this. If I were you I'd stay on this site from 5pm to bedtime every day with several bottles of water and snacks next to you. Find friends, get instant messenger addresses and have a remote support group to help you make it through that critical time of the night. On weekends there is less traffic, so I'd make plans at least this upcoming weekend to go to a friends or families house where drinking doesn't occur. Treat this as you would any other serious event that requires planning, planning, planning.
