There was a young man in my home town who died this summer from drinking and falling. He'd fallen off of a deck, got up, resumed drinking for another hour, not knowing he had a concussion...passed out....slipped into a coma..never woke up. His parents had to pull the plug 12 days later. He was only 28.
Our disease is horrible.
