CM - 4 weeks is great, I can relate to what your saying.
I've got a reasonable job ( stop short of great ), a house ( unfortunatly also a mortgage ! ), car, family etc.
The thing that I always ( still do ) feared the most was being caught out, that someone would notice I'd a shake, or could smell drink on me etc
A wee cry might just make you feel better, I won't tell anyone if you don't and nobody reads this thread anymore anyway.
